1. Data Responsibility

During the repair process, we are not responsible for the loss, alteration, damage, or unauthorized access to the data stored on the customer’s device, including but not limited to contacts, photos, messages, apps, and system settings.

2. Backup Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all customers back up their data before leaving their device for repair. We cannot guarantee the preservation of data in all cases, especially if the repair involves a reinstallation or system reset.

3. Data Access

While our technicians have physical access to devices to perform necessary repairs, we do not intentionally review or access the data stored on the device unless it is strictly required for diagnosis or repair. However, by submitting the device for repair, the customer acknowledges that authorized personnel may need to access the data to complete the service.

4. Data Restoration

We are not responsible for the inability to restore data in the event that it is lost or affected during the repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their data is properly backed up before proceeding with the service.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

At My Phone Rescue, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information we may access during the repair process. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

By accepting the repair service, the customer acknowledges that My Phone Rescue is not responsible for any data loss, indirect damages, or consequences arising from the repair, including the loss of personal, professional, or financial information.
